2018 Dorm Room Arrangements
Dorm room registrations and payment must be complete before 11:59 PM Friday May 30 (providing set-up time for NC A&T).
On-Campus Housing
NCAT A&T housing offers dorm rooms close to the workshop site.
For each reserved bed:
- Linens will be set on each reserved bed: One set of sheets/blanket, pillow/pillowcase, 2 face cloths, and two towel sets (face and bath) will be provided
- Drawer cabinets are located under beds
- The mattress is 31" above the floor
- There will be no customary hotel amenities - this is a DORM ROOM. PLAN AHEAD!
There are two types of dorm rooms available (see room floor plans at the bottom of this page).

A 2-person dorm room containing:
- 2 beds (no wall or doors between them -- see the NOTE in the 4-person suite, above)
- 2 closets
- A sink (in the room, not in the bathroom)
- A bathroom with toilet and shower stall.

A 1-person dorm room containing:
- 1 bed
- A sink (in the room, not in the bathroom)
- A bathroom with toilet and bathtub
If you really want a private room to yourself and the limited number of private rooms have already been reserved, you have the option of paying for both beds in a 2-bed dorm room. Caution: that makes your cost $100 per night for a no-frills dorm room. OTOH, you're right in the middle of all the dorm camaraderie, and a short walk across the street to the sessions and hands-on labs!
