Registration Instructions

Deadlines:

• Early Bird Special Pricing: April 30, 2026
• Thursday Evening Banquet: May 15, 2026
• Presentation submissions: May 25, 2026

Early bird registration is $120.
After the early bird deadline, registration is $150.

** IMPORTANT **
We now use the Sched website for registration. Sched is the mobile app we've been using for several years for session descriptions, times, and calendaring.

Attendees:

Every person attending must register individually.  This reduces administrative complexity should a reservation need to be cancelled.

Sponsors:

Sponsors should register once as a Sponsor then register each sponsor attendee separately.

In addition, please submit a Sponsor Information Form to provide the information for your Sponsor listing.
